But what I LOOVE about pumpkins is the SEEDS.
Dried are a very tasty snack.
I loooove pumpkin seed oil, it tastes delicious.
Pumpkin seeds are very healthy and full of Fiber, Amino Acids, Protein, Zinc, Magnesium, Protein and Omega-3.
They are fantastic for smoothies, granola, baked into bread or muffins.
